Chocolate Mood
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or milk of choice
- ⅛ to1/4 cup (1 scoop) chocolate protein powder (I like Jay Robb’s or Sunwarrior brands) or use vanilla protein powder and 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa, cocao or carob powder
- 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter depending on taste (you may prefer almond butter)
- 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup, honey, coconut nectar or 4-6 drops of liquid stevia
- ½ frozen banana
- 3- 3/12 cups crushed ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the ice into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Add less or more ice until you achieve your desired thickness.
